Academic Support
Throughout your study at the Higher Institute for Water and Power Technologies, if you need support with any issues related to your academic needs, such as the absences and excuses, the grades, your schedule, please send an email address to ta@hiwpt.edu.sa and provide your academic information (academic information includes your full name and your academic ID number) and provide a detailed explanation of your issue and you will get a response in a timely fashion.
Instructors can reach out to the Head of Training department on the email aazouz@hiwpt.edu.sa.

The following list contains some of the possible errors that you might encounter when you use the eLearning system and how to fix them.
Internal Error 500:
This error is related to a sudden interruption in the connection to the server. All you have to do is refresh your browser.
404 not found
This error is because the connection to the virtual server might have been temporarily disconnected. Please refresh your browser. If it does not work, please contact technical support on: elearning@hiwpt.edu.sa or 0536866061 (WhatsApp Only).
Connection Error ICE 7001:
This error is related to a problem with your firewall. If you encounter this error, please restart your internet router if you are using the home WIFI. If you are using you mobile phone 4G connection, please put the phone on “Flight Mode” for a few seconds and then try the connection again.
